Confidential legal adviser communications privilege, but a witness who testifies may be compelled to disclose communications necessary to explain evidence. The provision protects confidential communication between a person and his legal adviser from compulsion to disclose in court, but if the person offers himself as a witness he may be required to disclose only those communications the Court deems necessary to explain evidence he has given, while other communications remain protected.
