Innovators Growth Platform eligibility requires institutional and accredited investor pre-issue holdings, investor accreditation, and no fugitive promoters. Eligibility for listing on the Innovators Growth Platform requires technology-intensive issuers to have a prescribed portion of pre-issue capital held for the required period by Qualified Institutional Buyers, Innovators Growth Platform Investors and specified regulated entities meeting AUM, registration and jurisdictional cooperation standards. Promoters' pre-issue holdings are excluded from this requirement, Innovators Growth Platform Investors must obtain accreditation from exchanges or depositories, and no promoter or director may be a fugitive economic offender.
