        Transferability of locked-in securities permitted among promoters with lock-in continuing to transferee; preferential allotments non-transferable pending trading approval. Transferability of locked-in specified securities held by promoters is permitted among promoters, promoter group members, new promoters, or persons in control, subject to takeover laws, and the lock-in continues for the transferee for the remaining period.
