Repeal and savings: prior issue of capital regulations rescinded; prior actions and pending filings deemed under corresponding new provisions. The 2009 issue of capital regulations are rescinded on commencement of the new regulations. Actions taken, observations on draft offer documents, enquiries, investigations, show cause notices and any offer documents or applications filed or pending under the rescinded regulations are deemed to have been done or filed under the corresponding provisions of the new regulations, ensuring continuity of proceedings and filings under the successor regulatory framework.
