Abridged prospectus requirement: include prescribed disclosures and accompany every application form with a mandatory copy. Abridged prospectus disclosure is mandated to contain only the information specified in Part B of the relevant schedule and must not include any extraneous matter. Every application form distributed in relation to an issue must be accompanied by a copy of the abridged prospectus.
