Abridged prospectus must follow prescribed disclosures and application forms must include QR code links to core offer documents. Regulation 131 requires the abridged prospectus to contain the disclosures specified in Part E of Schedule VI and forbids extraneous content. It further mandates that every application form distributed in relation to an issue include a QR code and link to access the red herring prospectus, the abridged prospectus, and the price band advertisement, replacing the former requirement to accompany forms with a copy of the abridged prospectus.
