Minimum public offer requirement must follow clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 19 of the securities contracts rules. The minimum offer to the public shall be determined in accordance with clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 19 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, as the operative requirement for public offers under the Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements regulations.
