Prohibition on incentives: connected persons must not offer any direct or indirect incentive for rights issue applications. Any person connected with an issuance is barred from offering any incentive, whether direct or indirect and whether in cash, kind, services or otherwise, to induce applications in a rights issue; the only permitted payments related to the issue are fees or commissions for services rendered in relation to the issue.
