Issuers may specify a price or price band in the offer document, with the final price determined before filing with the Registrar of Companies. The price cap must not exceed 120% of the floor price, and the final price must be at least the face value of the securities. Issuers must announce the floor price or price band two days before the issue opens, including financial ratios, in specified newspapers and on SME exchange websites.
