Employer representation rules allow non-member employers to authorise industry association officers to appear in dispute proceedings. An employer who is not a member of any employers' association may authorise an officer of a connected employers' association or another employer in the same industry to represent him in any dispute proceeding. The authorisation must be executed in Form-VI and serves as the representation mechanism for such employers.
