Employer representation in dispute proceedings may be authorised through an employers' association officer by prescribed form. An employer who is not a member of any employers' association may authorise an officer of an employers' association connected with, or of any other employer engaged in, the same industry to represent the employer in proceedings concerning a dispute in which the employer is a party. The authorisation must be given in Form-VI.
