Authentication of certified standing orders requires prompt transmission to employers and unions, with exceptions for deemed certification and model standing orders. Certified standing orders and any modifications must be authenticated by the certifying officer and sent electronically and by hard copy within seven days to the employer and registered Trade Unions or chosen representative of workers. No authentication is required for deemed certification or where the employer has certified adoption of Model Standing Orders.
