Grievance Committee application process permits electronic filing and requires workers to act within one year. An aggrieved worker may submit an application to the Grievance Committee setting out the grievance and the particulars required for identification and contact, including name, designation, worker code or token number, department, length of service, category of worker, address for correspondence, contact number, details of the grievance and the relief sought. The application may be filed electronically or by other means, and must be presented within one year from the date on which the cause of action arose.
