          <h1>Declaration of distributable sum: liquidator to advertise amount, payment dates and notice-based entitlement before distribution.</h1> Form No. 82 prescribes an advertisement by the liquidator declaring whether the distributable sum is first, second or final, the distributable amount and the payment dates at the liquidator's office; each entitled person will receive an individual notice and payments are made only on production of that notice, and the advertisement must be given at least one month prior to the payment date.
