The examination pertains to the promotion, formation, or conduct of the LLP's business and the individual's role as a partner, designated partner, or officer. The individual must bring relevant documents. Failure to attend without a reasonable excuse may result in arrest and imprisonment. A copy of the liquidator's report, which prompted the examination order, is available upon payment.
