Rule 40 - Submission of periodical reports, etc. to the Tribunal

Liquidator reporting obligation requires periodic reports to the tribunal and enables tribunal review and modification of orders.

Liquidator must submit recurring progress reports to the Tribunal on the LLP winding up, using the prescribed report format within the statutory reporting interval following each reporting period, to enable supervision of the winding up progress. The Tribunal may, on the Liquidator's application, review and amend any order, with or without further directions, to adjust prior directions during the winding up process.
