<h1>LLPs Must Notify Registrar of Liquidator Appointment or Vacancy Within 10 Days Using Form No. 7 Under 2010 Rules.</h1> The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010, require an LLP to notify the Registrar of the appointment or any vacancy of an LLP Liquidator due to death, resignation, removal, or other reasons. This notification must include the name and details of the LLP Liquidator and be submitted within ten days of the appointment or change using Form No. 7.
