A notice, detailing the contribution amount, must be sent to each listed creditor using Form No. 51. This notice should be dispatched via letter post, registered post, or another approved method, ensuring it reaches the recipient at least fourteen days before the settlement date. The addresses used should be those listed in the provisional list.
