          <h1>Voluntary winding up: declaration of solvency and creditor consent govern LLP dissolution filing and verification.</h1> Form No. 05 requires LLP identification, registered office details, SRN for the designated partner's declaration of solvency, dates of the partners' winding up resolution and forwarding to creditors, and the date of creditors' consent. It records whether two thirds in value of creditors have consented and mandates attaching the creditors' consent and authority documents. A verification, to be digitally signed by a designated partner, affirms accuracy, compliance with the LLP Act and rules, attachment of consent copies, and authorization to file the form.
