of <h1>Petition Advertisement Rule: Publish in English and regional dailies 7 days before hearing, Rule 87 LLP Rules 2010.</h1> Rule 87 of the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010 mandates that any petition requiring advertisement must be published at least seven days before the hearing date. This advertisement should appear in both an English daily newspaper and a regional language daily newspaper circulating in the relevant State or Union territory. However, the Member may waive this requirement, except for petitions to wind up a LLP, if deemed appropriate.
