of <h1>Non-attendance at Examination Under Rule 223 May Lead to Action if Tribunal Notified and Intent to Abscond Proven.</h1> Rule 223 of the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010 addresses the failure of a person to attend an examination as directed by the Tribunal. If an individual fails to appear without a valid reason, or if the Liquidator provides evidence that the person has absconded or intends to abscond to avoid examination, the Tribunal may take appropriate action. This is contingent upon the Tribunal's satisfaction that the person was duly notified of the examination's date and time.
