of <h1>Rule 242: Authorize Liquidator to Pay Distributable Sum to Another Person Using Form No. 84 in LLP Winding Up.</h1> In the context of winding up a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) by a Tribunal, Rule 242 of the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010, allows a person entitled to receive a distributable sum to authorize the Liquidator, in writing, to pay that sum to another designated individual. This authorization must be submitted in the specified Form No. 84.
