Rule 275: Voluntary LLP Winding Up Rules Apply; Tribunal-Specific or Creditor Voluntary Rules Do Not
Rule 275 of the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010, outlines the applicability of rules for voluntary winding up and winding up subject to supervision. When an application is made to the Tribunal regarding the voluntary winding up of a LLP, the relevant rules apply to the proceedings, regardless of whether the winding up continues. However, rules specifically designed for Tribunal proceedings or creditors' voluntary winding up do not apply to voluntary winding up, whether or not it is under Tribunal supervision.
