Liquidator Can Delegate Proxy Use at Meetings Under Rule 194 of LLP (Winding Up and Dissolution) Rules 2010.
Rule 194 of the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010, allows a Liquidator who is unable to attend a meeting for which they hold proxies to delegate the use of these proxies to another person under their official control. The Liquidator must provide written authorization for this delegation, specifying how the proxies should be used on their behalf. This provision applies to meetings in winding-up proceedings by the Tribunal and meetings of creditors in a voluntary winding-up.
