The Tribunal has adjourned the matter for further notice. Interested parties wishing to be heard must attend the adjourned hearing before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on the specified date and time, either in person or via an authorized representative. Any opposing affidavits should be filed and served at least two days before the hearing. Copies of the summons and supporting affidavit are included with the notice.
