List of intending persons to appear must be filed in Tribunal before hearing using prescribed Form No. 25. The petitioner, or the petitioner's advocate or authorized representative or pleader, must prepare and file a list of names and addresses of persons who have given notice of their intention to appear at the petition hearing in Form No. 25, and the list must be filed in Tribunal before the hearing.
