Following a winding-up order or appointment of a Provisional Liquidator, the recipient must provide a duplicate statement of affairs within 21 days, unless an extension is granted. The notice is issued by the appointed Liquidator or Provisional Liquidator, who oversees the process as per the LLP Act, 2008, and relevant rules.
