of <h1>Rule 75: Time Calculation for LLP Winding Up Excludes First Day, Includes Last Day Unless Tribunal is Closed.</h1> Rule 75 of the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010, addresses the computation of time for specified periods. It states that the calculation excludes the first day and includes the last day, unless the last day falls on a day when the Tribunal's offices are closed. In such cases, the computation excludes that day and any subsequent days the offices remain closed.
