Applications for LLP compromise must include arrangement copy and affidavit per Rule 236; Tribunal may notify relevant parties.
Every application for sanctioning a compromise or arrangement involving a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) must include a copy of the proposed compromise or arrangement. It must be supported by an affidavit from the Liquidator, confirming that the arrangement is beneficial to the LLP. The Tribunal has the discretion to direct that notice of the application be given to the Committee of Inspection, if present, and any other relevant parties. This is governed by the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010, specifically Rule 236.
