of <h1>Petition Under LLP Winding Up Rules: Member May Resolve or Issue Directions and Adjourn for Compliance</h1> At the hearing of a petition under the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010, the Member may either resolve the petition or issue directions for filing necessary affidavits and serving notices to relevant parties. The Member can adjourn the petition to allow compliance with these directions. All adjournments must adhere to the prescribed time schedule under the Act or Rules, and typically, no additional notice for the adjourned hearing is required unless otherwise ordered by the Member.
