of <h1>Affidavit Verification Required for LLP Winding Up Petitions: Follow Form No. 18 as per 2010 Rules.</h1> Every petition under the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010 must be verified by an affidavit. If there are multiple petitioners, one petitioner must verify it. For petitions presented by a corporate body, a director, secretary, manager, partner, designated partner, or authorized officer must verify it. The affidavit must follow Form No. 18 and be filed with the petition.
