of <h1>Order Issuance for Examination or Document Production under LLP Winding Up Rules, 2010, Form No. 68</h1> Upon hearing a summons, if the Member is convinced there are valid grounds, they may order the issuance of a summons for the examination of the individual named in the order or for the production of documents. Typically, unless directed otherwise, such examinations are conducted in Chambers. The order must conform to Form No. 68 as per the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010. This rule pertains to examining individuals suspected of possessing LLP property or related to fraud involving partners, designated partners, or officers.
