of <h1>Liquidator Must Seek Tribunal Directions Within 7 Days After Filing Report Under Rule 136 for LLP Winding Up.</h1> Under Rule 136 of the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010, a liquidator must promptly, and within seven days after filing the report as per Rule 34, seek directions from the Tribunal concerning their duties under Rule 41. This includes settling lists of creditors and partners. The Tribunal, upon reviewing the liquidator's report, may issue any directions it deems appropriate regarding these matters.
