Partners' Ledger: standardized register for recording contributions, outstanding amounts and asset returns during LLP winding up. The form prescribes a register for recording each settled partner in the order of the settled partners' list and capturing amount of contribution, outstanding contribution, returns of asset, rate of return, date and amount of payment, mode of payment and remarks, to document asset distributions during LLP winding up under the Winding up and Dissolution Rules, 2010.
