Registration offices for limited liability partnerships: government to establish offices, appoint registrars and prescribe duties. The Central Government may establish registration offices by notification, specifying their jurisdiction, and appoint Registrars and subordinate officers for LLP registration and related functions. It shall prescribe the powers, duties and terms of service of those officers and may direct a Registrar to prepare seals for authentication of documents connected with LLP registration.
