Winding up of limited liability partnerships may be voluntary or tribunal-ordered, permitting subsequent dissolution. The winding up of a limited liability partnership may occur either voluntarily, initiated by the partners, or by order of the Tribunal; an LLP wound up under either route may be dissolved upon completion of the winding up process.
