of <h1>Section 73 of LLP Act 2008, imposing penalties for non-compliance with orders, omitted by 2021 Amendment.</h1> Section 73 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, which imposed penalties for non-compliance with Tribunal orders, was omitted by the Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2021, effective from April 1, 2022. Previously, this section stated that failure to comply with a Tribunal order could result in imprisonment for up to six months and a minimum fine of fifty thousand rupees.
