of <h1>LLPs Must Appoint New Designated Partner Within 30 Days of Vacancy per Section 7(4) and (5) Requirements.</h1> A limited liability partnership (LLP) is required to appoint a designated partner within thirty days of a vacancy. The provisions of sub-sections (4) and (5) of section 7 apply to the appointment of a new designated partner. If no designated partner is appointed or if there is only one designated partner, all partners will be considered designated partners.
