<h1>Only Special Courts Can Address Offences Under LLP Act, 2008, Based on Written Complaint by Registrar or Authorized Officer.</h1> Section 77A of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, specifies that only Special Courts, as mentioned in section 67A, can take cognizance of offences under this Act. Such cognizance is permissible only upon a written complaint by the Registrar or an officer authorized by the Central Government, holding a rank not below that of Registrar. This provision was introduced through the Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2021.
