of <h1>LLP Act Violations: Initial Penalty of 5,000 Plus 100 Daily for Ongoing Breaches, Capped at 1 Lakh.</h1> If a limited liability partnership (LLP), any partner, designated partner, or other person violates any provision of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, or related rules, without a specified penalty elsewhere in the Act, they face a penalty of five thousand rupees. For ongoing violations, an additional penalty of one hundred rupees per day is imposed, up to a maximum of one lakh rupees. This provision was amended by the Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2021, effective from April 1, 2022, revising the earlier penalty structure.
