Late filing fees permit post-deadline registration upon payment of a prescribed additional fee, without prejudice to liabilities. Late or delayed documents and returns required to be filed or registered with the Registrar may be filed or registered after the prescribed time on payment of a prescribed additional fee in addition to the ordinary filing fee; such late filing is without prejudice to any other action or liability under the Act. The statute also permits prescription of different fees or additional fees for different classes of limited liability partnerships or for different documents or returns.
