of <h1>Late Filing Allowed Under Section 69 of LLP Act 2008 with Additional Fees; Different Fees for Various LLP Classes.</h1> Section 69 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, as amended by the Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2021, allows documents or returns required to be filed with the Registrar to be submitted after the prescribed time upon payment of an additional fee. This is in addition to any regular filing fees. Different fees may apply for various classes of limited liability partnerships or for different documents or returns. Filing after the due date does not exempt the party from other actions or liabilities under the Act.
