          <h1>Special Court jurisdiction centralizes prosecution and transfer of LLP criminal cases to designated Special Courts.</h1> Upon establishment or designation of Special Courts and subject to sections 67A and 67B, the Special Court named in clause (a) of sub section (2) of section 67A has power to impose punishment under the Act, and criminal cases under the Act pending before Judicial Magistrates of the first class or Metropolitan Magistrates shall be transferred to the Special Court referred to in clause (b) of sub section (2) of section 67A.
