of <h1>Central Government Can Apply Companies Act Provisions to LLPs Under Section 67 of LLP Act 2008 With Parliamentary Approval.</h1> Section 67 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, allows the Central Government to apply provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, to limited liability partnerships (LLPs) through a notification in the Official Gazette. This application can include exceptions, modifications, and adaptations as specified. A draft of the notification must be presented before both Houses of Parliament for a total of thirty days. If both Houses disapprove or suggest modifications within the specified period, the notification will either not be issued or will be issued in the agreed modified form.
