of <h1>Section 25: Partners Must Notify LLP of Name or Address Changes Within 15 Days; LLP Must File With Registrar in 30 Days.</h1> Section 25 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 mandates that partners must inform the LLP of any changes in their name or address within fifteen days. The LLP must file a notice with the Registrar within thirty days when a partner joins or leaves, or when there are changes in a partner's name or address. Notices must be in prescribed form, signed by the designated partner, and include a statement of consent for incoming partners. Failure to comply results in a penalty of ten thousand rupees. A departing partner may file notice if the LLP fails to do so, with the Registrar confirming the change.
