Application of other laws: this Act supplements existing statutes and does not override or exclude them. The Act establishes the LLP regime as a supplementary statutory framework, stating that its provisions operate in addition to, and not in derogation of any other law in force, thereby preserving the concurrent applicability and enforcement of other statutory and regulatory obligations alongside the LLP provisions.
