Power to remove difficulties allows government to issue orders to resolve implementation issues, subject to time limits and parliamentary review. Section 80 empowers the Central Government to issue orders, published in the Official Gazette and not inconsistent with the Act, to remove difficulties in giving effect to the Limited Liability Partnership Act; such orders are time-limited (including a separate period for amendment-related difficulties) and must be laid before each House of Parliament as soon as may be after they are made.
