of <h1>Central Government Empowered to Address Implementation Challenges under LLP Act, 2008 and Amendment Act, 2021 via Orders</h1> Section 80 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 grants the Central Government the authority to address difficulties in implementing the Act's provisions by issuing orders published in the Official Gazette. These orders must align with the Act and can be issued within two years of the Act's commencement. An amendment allows similar orders for the Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2021, within three years of its commencement. All orders must be presented to both Houses of Parliament promptly.
