If an LLP or its partners commit a second or subsequent offense, they face imprisonment as stipulated. For offenses that prescribe a fine, either alongside or instead of imprisonment, the fine will be doubled for repeat offenses. This provision aims to deter repeated violations by increasing penalties for recidivism within LLPs.
