of <h1>India Extends Companies Act Section 460 Provisions to LLPs Under LLP Act Section 67(1) Effective Immediately.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has issued a notification under G.S.R. 59 (E) dated January 30, 2020. It states that the provisions of section 460 of the Companies Act, 2013, will be applicable to limited liability partnerships (LLPs) as per the authority granted by sub-section (1) of section 67 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. This directive takes effect from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
