Establishes a Selection Committee for appointing Tribunal Members and Technical Members of the Appellate Tribunal, composed of the Chief Justice of India or nominee as Chairperson, a senior Judge of the Supreme Court or Chief Justice of a High Court, and two secretaries from the ministries responsible for corporate affairs and law; and provides that the Chairperson has a casting vote in the event of an equality of votes.
