of <h1>Amendment to Section 82: Registrar May Allow 300-Day Intimation Period for Payment with Additional Fees Permitted</h1> Section 82 of the principal Act is amended to remove the reference to the applicability of sub-section (1) of section 77 for intimations given under this section. A new proviso is added, allowing the Registrar, upon application by the company or charge holder, to permit intimation of payment or satisfaction to be made within 300 days of such payment or satisfaction, subject to the payment of prescribed additional fees.
