Financial information disclosure requirement expanded: securities regulator to specify reports and interim securities regulations will govern disclosures. The amendment requires company filings to state specified financial information and set out reports on financial information as specified by the securities regulator in consultation with the central government, and provides that until such specifications are issued the existing regulations made by the securities regulator under the securities regulator statute will apply; it also omits certain previously listed subclauses (a), (b) and (d).
